Option for a 3-Year Contract

Sponsorship Options: 

1. Sponsor the Video Screen
   Take advantage of our giant video screen to get your business out there! You can sponsor the video screen that will show all the action of the rodeo and track events. Imagine the announcer telling everyone to look up at the [Your Business Name] Video Screen! That’s not all! You will also get a 30-second ad plated during primetime events (created by the Star & Times. Sponsor responsible for ad cost.)
   This will run all four (4) days of NWRE. There is only ONE video screen sponsor spot. Contact our secretary, Jamie, quickly to get this great opportunity!
    
2. South Gate or West Gate Sponsorship
   Name a gate! Have you ever tried to explain where you are or where to meet up? Now people can be saying, “Meet me at *your business name here* gate! Included in this option is a free-standing banner with the company logo placed at the gate and a mention of the “company name” gate on the site map and any references made to this gate.
    
3. Event Sponsor 

Here is your chance to stamp your name on an event at the NWRE!  

Options for events include: 

• Rodeo events (bullriding, tie-down roping, steer wrestling, etc.) 
• Beer gardens for the entire weekend 
• Gymkhana events 
• Friday night dance 
• Western Canadian Chuckwagon Championship (New for 2023!) 

You will also be recognized in the daily program as the Event Sponsor. But hurry! Once an event is claimed it is out of the running for sponsorship!  

All three of these options include recognition on our Donor Wall and a Banner displayed at the NWRE!

Gold $2000 

Option for a 3-Year Contract 

Sponsorship Options: 

1. Video Screen Advertising
   Take advantage of our giant video screen to get your business out there! This level gives you the opportunity to show a 30-second ad and one of the following: 

• Logo on all event replays on the big screen 
• Logo on the back stretch cam during chariot and chuckwagon races 
• Logo on Kiss Cam 
• Logo shown throughout the day on dayloop 

This will run all 4 days of NWRE. Once an event of video space has been claimed, it is no longer available for sponsorship so contact the Ag Secretary quickly! 

2. Location Sponsor
Really put your name out there by sponsoring a building or space on the grounds! Locations include: 

• Commercial Building  
• Home Living Building 
• Heavy Horse Barn 
• Down on the Farm (Curling Rink) 
• Parking Lot 
• Bathrooms 
• Back Stretch 
• Infield 
• Food Booth Tent 

Both of these options include recognition on our Donor Wall and a Banner displayed at the NWRE! 

Silver $1000

Option for a 3-Year Contract 

Sponsorship Options: 

1. Video Screen Advertising
   Take advantage of our giant video screen to get your business out there. This level gives you the opportunity to show a 30-second ad played during primetime events (through Star & Times).  

This option includes recognition on our Donor Wall and a Banner displayed at the NWRE! 

Bronze $500

 Advertising
Take advantage of our giant video screen or Rodeo Program to get your business out there. You have the options of either

1. Displaying your logo on the daytime loop  
2. 1/4 page ad in the Rodeo Program

Community Donors $100+

Donate to a Committee and receive recognition. 

Committees: 

• Light Horse 
• Social 
• Special Events 
• Heavy Horse 
• Livestock (Down on the Farm) 
• Grounds 
• Gates 
• Rodeo 
• Track & Riding 
• Advertising 
• Home Living 

You can donate to one or several committees of your choosing, in minimum increments of $100 dollars each.  

You can also donate without specifying a committee. Donating over $100+ includes recognition on the donor wall, and your name in the Grandstand tunnel.  

Friends of the NWRE $50+ 

Receive recognition in the Grandstand Tunnel.
